Innovative new developments for highest precision

E-Cut:

We have completely revised our E-Cut program. For the first time, all tools feature constant cutting edge length/diameter ratios throughout. This is a new standard which, particularly in the case of normal and medium-length versions, brings with it a significant simplification in application and higher performance.

For the cylindrical/square end mills (normal version with short neck) the new diameter *372 (5/16”) is now available.

Ball nose end mills SpheroX:

The new generation of SpheroX milling cutters opens up some impressive new prospects: Where classic HSC machining reaches its limits, new performance horizons can be opened up with HDC machining processes. The SpheroX has been designed for HDC processes and impresses with its high stock removal rates, which can significantly increase productivity compared to conventional milling cutters.

New performance horizons in 3D machining – test it now SpheroX 3xd and long version 6xd with Duro-Si coating (H97490/H97494).

Ball nose end mills Sphericut:

The new Sphericut ball nose end mills confidently combine roughing and finishing of aluminum alloys. The polished surfaces in the flute ensure perfect chip removal – and that at maximum feed rates and infeeds.

Productivity and quality for high-precision milling of aluminum – test it now Sphericut 97500 and 97554.

Also now available in our range of highly productive and economical ball nose end mills Sphericut 3xd and 6xd with Polychrom coating (P97540/P97544)!
