[ 11 ] Lifecycle management – the ecological tool life cycle Closed raw material cycle for maximum tool benefit With our FRAISA ReTool® service, we recondition your used tools up to the guaranteed achievement of their orig- inal performance. This results in tools that are as good as new and that achieve 100% of the machining performance, service life and general performance of a new tool, ensur - ing maximum service stability. With the reconditioning, you save over 70% compared to buying a new tool. Furthermore, you can check the trans - parent FRAISA ReTool® prices in our webshop at any time. Your contribution to the environment: with tool recondi- tioning, fewer resources are used than for the manufacture of a new tool. With our powerful all-round service, we also assume most of the organizational work for you. If reconditioning is no longer possible, we offer a sustain - able solution for tools at the end of their life cycle with our FRAISA ReTool®Blue service offer. In partnership with our long-standing regional raw material suppliers, we feed the tools into the recycling process in order to keep the material within the raw material cycle. With this Tool2Tool concept, we ensure that tools become tools again. You can check that the prices for the FRAISA ReTool®Blue recycling are in line with the market at any time on our website. FRAISA ReTool®Green was introduced to the French mar- ket as a new service for the first time in 2022. It allows the reconditioning of used tools from customers who cannot or do not want to use FRAISA ReTool® for any reason. FRAISA buys these tools at the increased FRAISA ReTool®Blue price and sells them after the industrial reconditioning at attractive prices to those customers for whom the use of re- conditioned tools is reasonable. With the FRAISA ReTool®Services , the tool usefulness is maximized throughout the entire life cycle and the mate- rial cycle is closed. Thus, reconditioning with FRAISA is an ecologically as well as economically convincing process that preserves resources, reduces costs and maximizes the bene - fits for our customers.
