In conjunction with Och GmbH in Nuremberg, our sales partner of many years’ standing in Bavaria, Saxony and Thuringia, we have developed a modern dual sales concept called ToolPartner. Six Fraisa customer advisers together with the Och field sales team look after customers in the sales area. The customers benefit twice over from the new concept in that the technical advice service is being significantly boosted while the number of suppliers remains constant. We also have a Toolpartner agreement in England, with our sales partner Jemma Tools.
