Fraisa SA, a traditional family business, markets and sells products across the world. The company’s high-precision tools are even used in the Formula 1 industry. Today, 75% of the production is exported. Josef Maushart and his company provide an excellent example of the dynamic Swiss export industry. Fraisa SA is so innovative that it develops two or three new products every single working day. This is possible thanks to motivated staff. And these employees can rely on Fraisa SA. Because, for Josef Maushart, a Swiss SME isn’t just all about optimising EBIT margins; his company lives on partnerships – with the staff, with suppliers and with customers. They are thus closely involved in the production development. Over the next few years, Fraisa SA intends to create 200 new jobs.
