It is difficult for young people to realise the significance of their efforts in a wider picture. But where would our industry be without the globally appreciated Swiss qualities of quality, precision and reliability. And it is exactly these qualities that arise from our individual members of staff. If an individual loses these virtues, we also lose them as a whole.

The FRAISA competition thus has the goal of providing appreciation for young professionals as the bearers of our future economy, by giving them a fair chance to demonstrate their skills. Its aim is to emphasise the importance of professions such as polymechanics, micromechanics, punching tool makers and practical mechanics as well as to sharpen the awareness of quality and precision amongst youngsters.
