The renowned AMB (International Exhibition for Metal Working) was held from 9th – 13th October 2008.
1300 exhibitors from 27 countries displayed their products and services over an area of 105,200 m² in nine halls dedicated to various fields. The 2008 event set new standards in many respects: the AMB took place in a beautiful and modern exhibition centre, with ideal travel and communication connections. This resulted in a record number of visitors – over the 5 days of the exhibition 80,000 trade visitors were counted, a 60% increase compared to the previous event in 2006.
Fraisa SA also made use of the international industry platform to exhibit its current portfolio of products and services, as well as taking the opportunity to maintain contacts with existing clients and establish links to potential new customers. In connection with the launch of the new catalogue, we attended the exhibition with a new booth in which ToolCare took centre stage. With the exhibition motto “Fraisa: The ToolCare Company”, we successfully showed that we stand out due to our extensive technical skills and our professional, customer friendly portfolio of services.
Thanks to a smoothly working and efficient organisation, the booth concept was put to optimal use after a brief introductory period. The commitment and enthusiasm of the staff, as well as the excellent teamwork, helped us attain all the goals we had set for the exhibition.
Despite initial concern about the booth position, the number of visitors to our booth was extremely satisfying. We welcomed, advised and entertained around 2,500 interested visitors. Many thanks to you all!
